so sorry to hear your ill like this,i feel your pain,ive know 1 person that has been hypoT without meds since 89! and shes still kicking but shes also on anti-depressants since 89 they wouldnt treat her with a TSH of 4.6!and the top of the range is 5.5!thats bad,,my TSH is 111!!!jus startin up meds and havin a ahrd time also but hypo can cause alot of health problems if prolonged to long you NEED to DEMAND treatment my endo.said if sum1 is over 3.0 is suspect i was surprised he even said 3.0 considering its kaiser,,armour thyroid is the best ive been on ,but make sure you check your adrenals 1st since anything with t3 can stress them out and you will feel sicker takin meds without adequate adrenal support a 4x saliva test is the best test you can take to find this out,NOT a 1 time blood sample from a hospital hopw this was a little helpful:)dang jus realized this was 06 you posted i think ive seen you in stopthethyroidmadness or sum other forum ,so im guessing your getin the right advice or hoping were ver you are:)well sum1 esle can read this and maybe get an idea:)
