Rules and Guidelinesthyroidstory.mivox.com was started as a simple blog dealing with my new diagnosis of hypothyroidism. Topics include medical information about hypothyroidism, information about hypothyroid medications like levothyroxine (Synthroid) and Armour Thyroid, as well as natural supplements like Thyromine, vincopectine and various vitamins and minerals. The site has now expanded to include discussion forums where other hypothyroid patients can discuss their experiences with hypothyroidism, and share tips for what medications, supplements and weight loss strategies have worked best for them.
Basic rule of thumb: Comments in the blog entries should be comments *on* the blog entries ... So if you want to ask questions directed at other members, please post in the forum areas! Once a few conversations get going, and I start moving the old comments over here, this will become more natural and obvious ... in the meantime, when I see blog comments that more appropriately belong in the forum, I will move them to either a pre-existing and appropriate forum topic, or I will use them to start new forum threads. :-) 3 comments | read more | quote
